Cancellation requests received during our regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) will be processed within 24 hours. Requests received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day. 1.3. The cancellation policy and associated fees may vary depending on the local tour operator and the tour start date. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided during the booking process. 1.4. It's important to note that some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to specific terms imposed by third-party suppliers (Tour Operators, hotels, etc.). We strongly recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of your booking before making a cancellation. 1.5. In case of any discrepancy between our cancellation policy and the policy of the third-party supplier, the latter will prevail.

  2. Cancellation Fees 2.1. Cancellation fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the total amount paid for the travel service. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the original payment method used during the booking. 2.2. If you need to modify or change your travel arrangements, such as dates, destinations, or passenger names, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and the specific terms and conditions associated with your booking. 3.2. Change fees may apply for modifications made after the booking has been confirmed. These fees, if applicable, will be communicated to you by our customer support team.

  4. Travel Insurance 4.1. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your travel investment. Travel insurance can provide coverage for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, medical emergencies, or other travel-related issues. 4.2. If you have purchased travel insurance through our agency, please refer to the insurance policy for details on coverage, claims process, and applicable terms and conditions.

What is Excuro's cancellation policy? 

  • If the tour starts later than 90 days, 100% refund will be provided. 
  • If the tour starts within 60-90 days, 75% refund will be provided. 
  • If the tour starts 30-60 days, 50% rrefund will be provided. 
  • If the tour starts within 30 days, no refund will be provided.
